Join bird expert, artist, and researcher Scott Rashid for a lovely morning bird watch! We'll learn to identify birds by sight and song, and maybe even band a hummingbird or two. We'll offer a delicious breakfast of gluten free and regular baked goods, fruit, and coffee/tea too. Bring your binoculars!

In 2014, Scott Rashid created the Colorado Avian Research and Rehabilitation Institute, or CARRI, in Estes Park. Members of the nonprofit rehabilitate injured birds found in and around Estes Park and research birds in and around RMNP, Estes Park and the Front Range of Colorado.
Scott has written several books: Small Mountain Owls, Northern Saw-Whet, The Great Horned Owl (An In-depth Study),Northern Goshawk (The Gray Ghost), and Exploring the World of the Barn Owl. He's also an amazing watercolor artist!
